SSC2005
In the spirit of "P" and her post about SSC2005's Summer Contest, I did a brave thing today. Well, brave for me. I wrote a spanking story and posted it for consideration for this years contest.
As a newbie to my own kink and to the community at large, I grew up on the stories written by many of the members of SSS, cutting my teeth on the likes of Flogmaster, Sampast, Adrian Hammersmith......ohhhh and Mary Catherine :) She made me swoon with her accounts of Mary Catherine and Dean Michaels. Boy did I swoon :)
But the stories had a much deeper meaning for me too. They helped me feel "normal". Through stories, I was able to accept and learn about my kink as well as myself. I learned what turned me on, turned me off and made me swoon. I learned the inner workings of my kink through stories, and of course I was thrilled by them as well.
So I posted my first story to the newsgroup. I have been a greatful consumer of an invaluable resource. Its time to give a bit back. I just hope I am worthy :)
I wonder if they have a category about haiku........
